Hi Gemma just to let you know that the chair and footstool have arrived safely and they look fabulous!!! Thank you for taking such care with the wrapping - both items arrived in perfect condition. The courier kept me informed and arrived exactly at the time advised. Here is the chair in situ. I really am thrilled and look forward to many years of enjoyment! I feel the chair and footstool have come home! :)

Just beautiful, we've wanted this item for ages & we feel very proud to have this rocking chair in our home now. The new upholstery is beautifully done & very sympathetic & the seller extremely helpful at helping us to acquire a second spare cover. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first purchase from Gemma, so was not sure what to expect. Well I need not have worried. As soon as I had purchased the chair I had a email from Gemma asking for contact details so that she could put her courier in contact with me. He contacted me the next day and confirmed a date, unfortunately the delivery date slipped a couple of days but comms were very good throughout. The chair is truly lovely and everything it was advertised to be, restored to a very high level, cushion completely re-upholstered. Gemma was brill, she could not do enough to keep me informed of progress and had a genuine interest in ensuring everything went well and that I liked the chair. Can not praise her enough. Have asked her to try and source a desk, fingers crossed she can.

I love this vintage bench. It is beautiful. Gemma was great organising the delivery of the item and it arrived in perfect condition. I noticed other lovely items for sale on Gemma's online shop, but alas don't have space for anything else, otherwise I would be very tempted to order more furniture! Very happy with the service I received and delighted with my Ercol bench!

We are so pleased with the item! The shipping took longer than expected but Gemma was really helpful when chasing shipping up for us. Also there was a small scuff on the paintwork that must have happened during transit and Gemma straight away offered to send paint and wax to us. Considering our location and the pandemic, Gemma had quite a job getting this to us but handled the task perfectly. She communicated really well, keeping me up to date and dealing with any problems that arose. I couldn’t be happier with the service. This lovely chair has truly exceeded my expectations! It was very much nicer than it looked in the photograph. it is obvious there has been a great deal of care and attention lavished on its restoration. Excellent workmanship. The chair was delivered as agreed and I was fully informed of its progress throughout. I will certainly be returning to this shop to look for more special items!
